No problem, once you complete the install and everything is signed off, the customer is covered by ESME. If we need you to revisit the customer for any electrical work, it will be considered a new job and paid for by us.
Isn’t the commissioning a nightmare?

Not with ESME, commissioning is all taken care of before you arrive at the customer’s house. The ESME team pre-configure the data logger, and as soon as the inverter comes online, we handle everything remotely. All you have to do is show the customer the ESME app, take a few photos and get a final client signature, and you are done.
